YOGAFIT® LEVEL 5

YogaFit's Level 5 looks at the theme of unification of the body and mind (being present, emotional healing and Chakras). From this truly transformational training, you’ll learn to work with creative visualisation, body mapping, the power of Yoga Now and the business of yoga. With extended flow classes, manifestation meditations, practical business tips and body/mind integration, you’ll learn how to take your own practice and that of your students to the next level. Prior to YogaFit® Level 5, you’ll need to visit the Authentic Happiness Website (www.authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu/), complete the VIA Signature Strengths Questionnaire (you will be prompted to create a username/password), and print off your results so you can bring them with you to the training.

What should I bring to the course?

A yoga mat, a strap and block.

How long is the course?

YogaFit® Level 5 is an intensive two day course (typically from 8am to 6pm each day, although times may vary).

How many CECs will I get?

At present, CECs/PDPs are currently pending.

What are the prerequisites to attend?

All attendees should hold at least a Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent and have successfully completed YogaFit Fundamentals, Level 3 and Level 4.
