YOGAFIT® SWEAT

YogaFit SweatTM is a safe, hot and sweaty yoga program that’s designed for delivery in fitness facilities that may not necessarily have the ability to independently heat studios.

YogaFit Sweat’s 3 Mountain class format, Flex and Flow, focuses on Pranayama exercises matched with movements to build and sustain heat naturally, maximise muscular conditioning, and improve circulation.

Learn to incorporate range of motion techniques, powerful breath work, and relaxation to round out the practice for a detoxifying full-body, mind and spirit workout experience.

YogaFit Sweat is recommended for delivery at 24 – 37 degrees celcius.

What will I receive?

Included in your course registration, you’ll receive the YogaFit Sweat manual.

What should I bring to the course?

• Your copy of Beth Shaw’s YogaFit®, 2nd or 3rd edition (if you don’t have one, you should let us know at the time of enrolment)\
• Two (2) changes of clothing – prepare to get sweaty!
• A yoga mat (and strap and block if you practice with these)
• A towel or practice blanket to place over your mat for traction
• A hand towel/gym towel
• Water bottle

How long is the course?

YogaFit Sweat is an intensive one day course, typically 8am – 6pm though times may vary based on venue.

What are the prerequisites to attend?

All attendees should hold at least a Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent and have completed YogaFit Fundamentals successfully.
